About

Marcus Blackwell – Founder & Owner
Growing up on the Isles of Scilly with a pristine natural environment at his doorstep, Marcus regularly caught and prepped dinner for his family from a young age. This is where his love and passion of fresh produce started. Owning and managing pubs and restaurants in the UK before moving to Coffs Harbour in 2002, Marcus would walk along the breakwall dreaming of what would later become Latitude 30 restaurant, a casual coastal restaurant serving up world class dishes overlooking the picturesque Coffs coast.

Ricky Worthing – Head Chef
Ricky grew up in Minnie Waters, a small fishing village one hour north of Coffs Harbour, often fishing with his dad and then cooking his catch for family and friends from a young age. After traveling around perfecting his craft, winning many awards along the way, Ricky returned to his routes and now calls Coffs Harbour home and the Latitude 30 kitchen his office for the last 10 years. Ricky shares Marcus’ food philosophy of keeping it simple and allowing the fresh produce to speak for itself.
